Angie gets fired up by sunrises, coffee, big hugs, a friends laugh, her girls singing along to music, working with youth, and waking up beside my best friend.

Ellen Stevens

Ellen grew up as a “church girl” who believed in keeping the rules, but Jesus pursued her heart and showed her that loving Him is simply about living in relationship with Him. She longed to learn how to follow Him… and God provided many women to help. Primarily, she learned to TRUST as she spent time in His Word, and continued to drink deeply from His well of living water. He changed from “the God she couldn’t see” into her very best friend.

Ellen is blessed with a husband, Bob, and four precious children: Matthew, Ryan, Rachel, and Eric. Ellen loves ministry to women and children and daily relies on God’s love to empower her for living.

Melody Merritt

Melody is a North Carolina girl who knows that the hardest part of her life (when her husband of 18 years divorced her) is also the bedrock of her testimony of God’s faithfulness and goodness in the midst of life’s circumstances.  She can wholeheartedly say “Jesus is enough.” Melody is mother to two awesome adult daughters, one son in law and now Mimi to two granddaughters, her most enjoyable role in life.

She has a passion for encouraging and equipping women and girls of all ages to go deeper in personal relationships with God. Melody has been speaking to women’s groups for over twenty years as a Sunday school teacher, Bible study facilitator, conference speaker and women’s ministry leader. She is a Board Certified Biblical Counselor and Life Coach through the American Association of Christian Counselors. Her favorite thing to do is sit with someone over a cup of coffee and share what Jesus is doing in our lives.
