3 Week Bible Study Leader Training with Tara Furman

Whether in your home, church, or neighborhood, Equip Her is designed to help women confidently and effectively lead Bible studies and small groups rooted in God’s Word.
During these four once-a-month training sessions, you will learn:
- A deeper understanding of your role and goals as a leader
- How to handle the practical logistics of leading a small group
- Simple tools for guiding meaningful and fruitful discussion
- How to manage your time well and lead efficiently
- Ways to create smooth transitions from week to week to help women stay engaged and connected.
As a leader, you do not have to have all the answers — but you do know the One who does. One of the greatest gifts we can give women is pointing them to Jesus. This training will encourage and equip you to create a welcoming, grace-filled, Christ-centered environment where women can grow together in God’s Word.

The KGM Collective is a monthly gathering for women who desire to walk closely with God and faithfully live out His calling in every area of life — in their homes, families,
workplaces, relationships, and daily rhythms.
Together, we’ll grow in:
- living God’s priorities and purpose for the season we’re in
- boldly and graciously applying His Word to everyday life
- praying with confidence and deeper faith
- understanding our true identity in Christ
- building meaningful friendships with other like-minded women.
The KGM Collective is a place of encouragement, spiritual growth, and authentic connection — where God transforms us from the inside out and strengthens us to live lives firmly rooted in His truth.
**Each gathering will have a short teaching session followed by intentional conversation designed to help us grow in God’s word and cultivate authentic community.

Learn how to cultivate a rich, personal relationship with the Father through a set apart time each day of Bible reading and prayer.
This foundational 7-week study teaches women the logistics of developing a quiet time and the fundamentals of prayer, all of which lead to a vibrant relationship with God. Learning to spend time with Jesus each day will encourage our hearts, refresh our spirits and fill us with joy. We can learn how to discern His will for our lives and the direction He has for us. We can learn how to trust Him through the most challenging circumstances. But it all starts with knowing Him – knowing His character and attributes. Knowing we’re forgiven for our sin and that we belong to Him. We cannot trust someone we do not know. Knowing God personally will change the trajectory of our lives and the people we love.
