There is something sacred about a woman sharing her personal testimony—those
moments when she pulls back the curtain and lets others see what God has done in the
depths of her soul. As I listened to the heartfelt stories shared at our luncheon, I couldn’t
help but think of Mary, the mother of Jesus, who declared:
“My soul magnifies the Lord, and my spirit has rejoiced in God my Savior.”
— Luke 1:46–47
What a beautiful picture of a woman whose heart delights in the goodness of God.
Mary’s words remind us that testimonies are not merely stories—they are songs of
praise overflowing from a life touched by the Savior.
We should never tire of hearing the amazing things God does on behalf of a woman’s
soul. Over and over again, we see the evidence of His goodness:
• Salvation and forgiveness
• Freedom from bondage
• A heart broken over sin and restored in grace
• Deliverance from self and from the tormenting lies of the enemy
• Peace in the midst of overwhelming circumstances
These are just a few of the gifts God lavishly pours out when women encounter Him
personally and powerfully.
As one testimony after another was shared, I was reminded of Isaiah’s prophetic words
about Jesus:
“And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father,
Prince of Peace.”
This is the God who meets women in their darkest valleys, who redeems what was
broken, who whispers hope when life feels heavy. Scripture assures us that “God did
not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all.” For all of us—no one left out,
no one overlooked.
Hearing these stories strengthens our faith. They remind us that God is not only at work
in the pages of Scripture but in the lives of everyday women sitting right beside us.
Listening to a woman’s heart after Jesus has captured her love is one of the most
powerful realities we will ever experience.
As we enter the holiday season—gathering with family, reconnecting with old friends,
and sharing moments around tables—be watching for the gentle doors God may open.
Your story of His goodness may be exactly what someone needs to hear. A simple,
heartfelt testimony can shine Christ’s light in the most unexpected places.
And we invite you to continue this rhythm of encouragement by joining us for our
December luncheon. It will be another beautiful opportunity to celebrate God’s
faithfulness, connect with other women, and let your heart be refreshed during a busy
season.

Let the Festivities begin. Join us for lunch, an encouraging message, Christmas carols, and cake!
