Three Steps to Finding Greater Ease When Facing Obstacles

The Sovereign Lord is my strength; He makes my feet like the feet of a deer; He enables me to tread on the heights.
Habakkuk 3:19

Do you ever feel weak, worn out, or weary? Are you tempted to give up? Drowned by the never-ending list of things to do? Overwhelmed by an impossible task?

Be encouraged by the God who is able! There is great power available to us when we:

  1. Connect with Him by reading our Bibles and applying what we learn. (Even if it’s only for 15 minutes.)
  2. Make prayer a priority and maintain communication with Him throughout the day.
  3. Commit two or more of these powerful scriptures to memory and repeat them when you have these feelings.
  • God is able to bless me abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that I need, I will abound in every good work. 2 Corinthians 9:8
  • God is able to deliver me from hardship. Daniel 3:17
  • God is able to deliver me through hardship. Isaiah 43:2
  • God is able to aid me when I am being tempted. Hebrews 2:18
  • God is able to keep me from stumbling and to present me before His glorious presence without fault and with great joy. Jude 24
  • God is able to do whatever He promises. Romans 4:21

When we connect to Him by faith, He can make our feet like the feet of a deer. He will enable us to go the heights – so that whatever overwhelms us will be accomplished with relative ease.
Our God is Able!

‘Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,’ says the LORD Almighty. Zechariah 4:6
