7 Key Verses for Daily Perspective and Peace

“For I want you to understand what really matters, so that you may live pure and blameless lives until the day of Christ’s return.”
Philippians 1:9-10

The time we spend in prayer and reading God’s word has a ripple effect on our lives. When we take the first moments of our days and give them to Jesus, we:

  • Align our hearts with His
  • Tune our ears to hear Him speak
  • Equip our minds for the work ahead
  • Train our eyes to see Him at work
  • Are reminded of our strength in Him

This well-spent time will seep into our daily interactions and spill out into our homes, creating a more peaceful and joy-filled life.

Here are 7 Key verses to give us daily perspective and peace.

He turned the intended curse into a blessing because the LORD your God loves you.
Deuteronomy 23:5b

Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.
Psalm 90:12

Let us rejoice today and be glad!
Psalm 118:24b

The LORD will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.
Psalm 121:8

Don’t trust yourself for answers – seek His guidance and He will give it.
Proverbs 3:5-6

Turn our anxious thoughts into prayers.
Philippians 4:6-7

Look to Him for His strength.
Philippians 4:13

Be humble, and give Him our fears, cares and burdens.
1 Peter 5:6-7

Let’s believe God for great things and be about the Lord’s work like never before!
